What data we handle

The details you give through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, contact details, car details and the content of your message.

What it is used for

Replying to your enquiry, agreeing and carrying out the work, and invoicing and bookkeeping. The legal basis is your enquiry and our contract, and for invoicing data the Finnish Accounting Act.

Who receives it

Data is never sold or shared for marketing. The site and the contact form are hosted by Netlify, which may process data outside the EU under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are deleted when no longer needed. Invoicing data is kept for the period required by the Accounting Act.
